Support in summoning patients for the extramural day or brigade.

Displacement of the work team to the scheduled site

Coordination with the Territorial entity and the IPS for the development of the extramural brigade

Workshop with the selected patient(s) for the implantation of the method or surgical intervention

Family planning nursing consultation prior to the final choice of the method

Implantation of the method.

Surgical intervention for female and male sterilization.

Permanent monitoring of the intervened population in order to evaluate possible adverse events, and adherence to the program.

Removal if necessary due to clinical indication

Measurement of the program's impact and indicators periodically.
